Information we collect
We collect the contact, organization, operational-context, and request details that you choose to provide. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card details, or confidential inventory data in ordinary enquiry forms.
Why we use it
OX Labs uses the information to review, route, respond to, and keep an accountable record of ITS V.Pro demo, pricing, contact, support, partnership, and security requests.
How requests are identified
Each submission is stored with the product, request type, source page, submission time, and a unique reference number. Automated notification failure does not delete the stored request.
Who manages the information
OX Labs centrally manages ITS V.Pro correspondence. Access to stored requests is restricted to authorized personnel who require it for response, support, security, or administration.
Retention and rights
Requests are retained only for legitimate operational, contractual, support, security, and legal needs. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact itsvpro@oxlabs.africa.
Safety
Do not submit credentials, payment details, or confidential operational exports. If a support investigation later requires files, the team will provide an appropriate secure method.
